@RamMNK @DGCAIndia @IndiGo6E Flight to Navi Mumbai scheduled at 10:40 AM (18 Feb 2026). We boarded, taxied to the runway, then returned due to a “technical fault.” Deboarded. Delay extended every 30 mins. Reboarded at 1 PM and made to sit inside for 120 mins including infants, elderly & heart patients.
Finally taking off now!! What accountability exists for airlines in such cases? Should passengers simply suffer?
