How is possible to pay £45 for a 48 hour delivery on 29/04. It’s collected 30/04 from seller. Takes 14 days to get from Rhonda to Newport. Finds its way to Coventry, then Cambridge midnight 15th and no urgency to get it here Saturday? Nah. Why worry? Hapless. @parcelforce

@parcelforce @RoyalMail have such a terrible service. You’ve held my parcel since 12th May, which I was suppose to receive yesterday! There was no attempt made whatsoever to deliver! Would highly recommend to use alternative option then @parcelforce @RoyalMail - avoid them!!!
