I told the @AmericanAir flight attendants and was basically met with “what do you expect us to do?”

Flights keep getting more expensive, yet passengers are expected to accept broken seats and rude customer service. Ridiculous!!!

Boarded my 7am @AmericanAir flight from Dallas to Fort Lauderdale and was forced to sit in a broken seat for FOUR hours because the flight was completely full and there were no other seats available.

(6) I understand that Latvian may not be used to a lot of black tourists but that’s absolutely not an excuse to be rude to them. At this point with no boarding pass, not being able to check in, I had to other choice but to pay 55 euros just to board a flight I already paid for.

(5) and that I can either pay or not fly, I don’t care. That were her exact word. Such disgusting behavior. Mind you it was before checking closed and I stayed in line to talk to an agent. It’s not okay that I had to pay to checking when your app wasn’t working @Ryanair

(4) There was a guy who claim he was having the same issues as me and she didn’t make him pay to check in. When I made her aware of that, that she gave this man special preferences, she was very nasty and told me I don’t know what I talking about

(3) for passport check since I have an American passport I’m assuming. I’ve never had an issue, until today. They woman at the counter was so rude and I was charged 55 euros just to checking. The lady was extremely rude and I believe she targeted me because I’m a person of color

(2) the Ryanair app wasn’t working all night, including this morning for whatever reason, so I had to go to the ticket counter to get a boarding pass. It’s not my first time flying with Ryanair and they have had me checkin at the counter before for passport check

The most disgusting thing happened to me this morning with @Ryanair and I am shocked. I have been traveling around Europe and exploring the Baltic countries so right now I’m in Riga, Latvia about to board my flight to Warsaw, Poland. Anyways, Ryanair app wasn’t working (1)

@TUIUK I’m sorry but it shouldn’t take that long to respond to a customer. I already sent a DM before my original tweet, with all my info including booking #, full name, only to get a response asking for all that information again. I NEED A LIVE AGENT NOT A GENERATED MESSAGE. Horrible!!

@TUIUK I need some assistance with a flight booked yesterday. My credit card was charged the wrong total amount. I have been trying to contact a live agent since yesterday but it’s unsuccessful. If I can’t get a response, I’ll have to contact the CC company. Thanks!
