@AmazonHelp Please investigate a serious delivery malpractice. Delivery agents give only a one-ring/missed call, then mark the customer as “unreachable” and place the parcel on hold without a genuine delivery attempt. Three of my orders are delayed for 10+ days despite Prime.

Escalate this internally, investigate the delivery agent and station, preserve call/GPS and delivery records, take strict action, arrange delivery, and provide a written resolution and complaint ID.

I paid for Prime, but these orders remain undelivered for 10+ days. This is no longer a routine delivery delay.

The tracking history shows repeated “out for delivery,” “unable to contact recipient,” and failed attempts. IDs ending 4142, 7413 and 0637. Please arrange immediate delivery, explain this in writing, and take action against the delivery partner. This is unacceptable.
