@uber@Uber_Support@UberEats so I am now approaching 72 hours with no way to contact my driver about my lost wallet. The only support I have received so far is a brief DM on Sunday night and nothing after that. Why do I have to go on twitter to get any help? This is absolutely ridiculous, I am in a different country without my wallet or any way to pay for anything. Fo you guys even care about your customers? It does not seem like it! I have 50+ unanswered messages between DMs here and the Uber app. I was told I would receive a message through the app and NOTHING. Can someone at Uber please help me? Do you guys even care?
This is the 2 week pay period with @Uber. They will take more if you had a better week the 1st week. This also lowers your sick pay(done on purpose) so they are able to use what they collect from NYS benefits to pay drivers. Passangers pay for the state minimum not @Uber.
I have spent so much money with @Uber and I have never canceled an order not once. I asked them to cancel my order because everything was unavailable but one item they going to tell me if they cancel I will be charged for the entire order. After today I will never use them again
The great @Uber@Gatwick_Airport scam - am I wrong? Got an uber from airport to Reigate £23 - but wait £9 added for drop off charge - but the uber driver arrived and dropped someone off and picked me up - I asked him has he charged that person as well - yes £7.50 - so uber ?
Not only does uber have drivers that completely disregards ones safety but their drivers are also thefts and when you try to file a report the customer service agents just…. Hang up? @Uber
