In 1990, 19-year-old Sabrina Butler was sentenced to death for the murder of her son after being coerced into signing a false confession. Medical evidence later showed that her son had a kidney disease, and Butler became the first U.S. woman to be exonerated from death row. (1/4)
Dear .@ChoiceHotels,
Please stop claiming your hotels are accessible to disabled people when they’re not. I’m a wheelchair user and I booked a non-refundable stay at Comfort Inn—Downtown/DC Convention Center. This is the ableism I encountered at the entrance.

Stop letting capitalism make you think grind culture is a flex.
