Thank you @GardenMuseumLDN for having us last night. We had such a lovely time facilitating our workshop and installing the aerial catwalk with our guests! 💕
Join us on 20 Dec (3-5pm) for some uplifting conversation as we reflect and release the burdens of this exceptionally challenging year and make room for our individual & collective healing, dreams and futures.

Have you ever wished that someone could tell your 13 year old self that things will get easier? Have you ever wanted to show your dear, sweet younger self the things you will achieve?
Write your younger self a letter and join our collaboration

Such a lovely experience made all that more special by your super chill playlist (which I was sneakily Shazaming the whole time haha)
You’re welcome to our workshops anytime 😊
Had a profound evening #TheHealingCorner with @asmaeatsart + @sturner_studio around grief and loss, @CIVIC_SQUARE stand up today around cultivating more of our better lockdown days, backcasting with @changeist, and actually went outside. Appreciating all these different energies.
We are HIRING!

Excited to be joining forces with @yellowzine@mariko_koda & Sakina Saidi for @RefugeeYouthUK 's Art of Movement Campaign for refugees and migrants in the UK.
Check out @RefugeeYouthUK for more info about this amazing campaign and how to respond to their call for art/take part.
Really enjoying putting these collage packs together for my upcoming workshop with @sturner_studio.
Thought it would be nice to add something tangible to the virtual sessions.
Example of a “vintage” themed pack (other option is “contemporary).
On 10 Oct @sturner_studio & I will be co-facilitating our first of three collage workshops for mental wellbeing, which aim to provide much needed space for dreaming & healing as well as slow creation and connection.
We'd love to see you there!

And just like that we are BACK on Instagram! Not entirely sure how we got so lucky but we like to think that it was thanks to everyone that joined our virtual protest. Thank you so much for rallying around us; it was invigorating to say the least.. 1/2
At RefugeeYouth we use a number of creative methods with our young people as a means for expression and connection.
Check out our latest Instagram post about how we use poetry as one such tool https://t.co/rFNiavbOov
