Update on @Visible case 07197503: Got a call, but more vague promises. Rep refused to provide port-out number or accept alternative payment or guarantee I'd keep service while they sorted out admitted issues. added this to my @FCC complaint. Visible continues to violate customer rights, possibly FCC rules @visiblecare
