With great honor, we had the opportunity to meet with a delegation of members of the United States Congress, led by Senator @LindseyGrahamSC , and comprising Senators Sheldon Whitehouse, Jacky Rosen, Peter Welch, and Andy Kim, on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference 2026.

Throughout the past period, these esteemed members, under the leadership of Senator Graham, have been among the most prominent advocates for the rights of our people and our forces. They have maintained constant contact with us, hearing our calls and engaging with the evolving situation on the ground. They have played a crucial role in supporting our cause and have provided tangible support through several initiatives and bills, including “Save The Kurds Act,” a significant step that we cherished.

We extend our sincere gratitude to all of them for their steadfast support of regional stability and their provision of invaluable assistance to Syria and its people during this pivotal moment. These esteemed members have and continue to serve as pivotal partners in the promotion of justice and freedom for our People.

مصطفی هجری دبیر کل حزب "دموکرات کوردستان ایران" تنها شخصیت با ملیت "ایرانی" ست که دونالد ترامپ با او تلفنی صحبت کرده است و حالا در راس هیئتی سیاسی رسما بە واشینگتن دعوت شد. صرف نظر از دلایل سیاسی و اهمیت این تحول، این رویداد، بیش از هر چیز نشان دهنده ی ذهنیت احمقانه و کوته بینانه ی حاکم بر رسانه های فارسی ست. برای سالها آنها سعی کردند مساله کورد را با چهره سازی از کوردهایی که از نظر آنها بیشترین مماشات با سیستم استعماری فارس سالاری داشتند به قولی زیر فرش کنند، و از طرفی چهره های مهم جنبش کوردستان را تا جایی که امکان داشت سانسور یا کم رنگ کردند. حالا با اولین بحران در زمین سخت سیاست به یکباره همه شگفت زده نگاه می کنند که این مصطفی هجری کیست و از کجا آمد؟ غافل از آنکه مصطفی هجری همیشه آنجا بود، همانطوری که جنبش کوردستان آنجاست، تو فقط مثل کبک چشمت را بسته بودی، تو فقط چشم دیدن وزن سیاسی کوردستان را نداشتی.
