The decisions concerning the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls are taken collectively and in strict adherence to established institutional protocols.

Attempts to undermine global confidence in India’s democratic framework or electoral processes for short-term political gains are deeply unfortunate.

Electoral outcomes reflect the people’s mandate. In a robust democracy, leadership also means accepting both victories and defeats with grace and humility.

10वीं का छात्र भी बता सकता है कि BNS की धारा 20 के अनुसार, सात वर्ष से कम आयु के बच्चे द्वारा किया गया कोई भी कार्य अपराध नहीं माना जाता है।

पहली बात तो 1 साल के बच्चे पर FIR के इस दावे में कितनी सच्चाई है, यह चेक करना होगा। दलितों एवं आदिवासियों के खिलाफ दुष्प्रचार करने में इन लोगों का कोई ईमान नहीं होता है। झोलाछाप वकील की भाषा ही बता रही है कि कैसे वह SC-ST समुदाय के खिलाफ जहर उगला रहा है। अगर यह सच भी है, तो जरूर थाने का SHO भी इनकी तरह ही पोंगा मेरिट वाला होगा, इसीलिए भारतीय न्याय संहिता (BNS) के खिलाफ जाकर एक साल के बच्चे पर FIR दर्ज कर दी। ऐसे में चाहे सिर्फ BNS का मामला हो या फिर BNS के साथ किसी अन्य विशेष लॉ की, अगर इंवेस्टिगेशन ऑफिसर ने 7 साल तक के किसी बच्चे पर चार्जशीट लगा भी दी तो Circle Officer, SHO सहित सभी जिम्मेदार पुकिसकर्मी नाप दिए जाएंगे।

दूसरी बात, SC-ST Act एक Special Law है। किसी भी व्यक्ति पर पहले BNS की धाराओं में मामला दर्ज होता है, क्योंकि BNS भारत का General Criminal Law है। हर बात पर जाहिलों की तरह मुंह उठाकर SC-ST Act के खिलाफ बक-बक करना तुम्हारी गोबरबुद्धि का परिचय देता है।

हालांकि मुझे पता है कि तुम लोग गोबरबुद्धि नहीं हो। तुम जातिगत श्रेष्ठता-बोध में जीने वाले नीच प्राणी हो, जो दिन-रात केवल इसी चिंता में मरे जा रहे हो कि तुम्हारे पुरखों की बनाई सड़ियल जातिवादी संस्कृति को दलित अपने पैरों तले क्यों कुचल रहे हैं।

चूंकि तुम्हारे श्रेष्ठता-बोध का दिन-रात सार्वजनिक रूप से जुलूस निकाला जा रहा है और पूरी दुनिया के मानवाधिकारों के लंबरदार तुम्हारी मानसिकता पर लाखों लानतें भेज रहे हैं, अतः तुम लोग इसी कुंठा और छटपटाहट में SC-ST Act एवं वंचित समुदाय के खिलाफ जहर उगलते रहते हो।

अच्छा है। तुम्हारी ये छटपटाहट और बौखलाहट देखकर हमें ऊर्जा मिलती है। वैसे भी करुणा और समानता की उम्मीद इंसानों से की जाती है। दलितों के खिलाफ जातीय द्वेष में लबरेज होकर जहर फैलाने के मामले में तुम लोग न तो इंसान रहते हो और न ही तुममें कोई इंसानियत रहती है।

#Casteism A Dalit man in Jaipur, Rajasthan, reportedly went to a CHC seeking treatment for his wife’s fractured leg but found no duty doctor available.

When he asked the staff to call a doctor, a woman doctor arrived and became angry, saying that "he could have come in the morning". She used "casteist slurs and misbehaved" with him.

The victim subsequently approached the police, and a case was registered under the SC/ST Act.

This is the protocol IIT Bombay follows during academic malpractice. You will be shocked to read the regulations. Professor Doolla did not follow even a single one of them.

The instructions clearly state that if a student is caught cheating, the cheating material, such as a chit sheet, phone, or answer paper—must be confiscated, the student must be given a fresh answer book and allowed to complete the examination.

Now, in the CCTV footage made public by Manu Media, it is clearly visible that the student hands his answer sheet to the professor, collects his belongings and leaves.

He was not given a fresh answer sheet. That was the first violation.

After that, as per the invigilation regulations, the confiscated material and the answer sheet on which the cheating was detected must be submitted to the HOD along with a detailed report.

There is then a committee called D-ADAC that conducts the inquiry. It is mandatory for the committee to include the college Dean, Associate Dean and two other professors/officials.

We can say with certainty that Professor Doolla is not innocent by any stretch of the imagination. He is a deliberate wrongdoer who violated the rules, saw the student’s caste, threatened to destroy his career, imposed a heavy fine, possibly running into lakhs and may even have suspended him.

Professor Doolla has a record of imposing harsh punishments. He has reportedly imposed a fine of up to ₹1.20 lakh on a student and has also suspended a student for 13 months.

Professor Doolla is a very dangerous person. He is the one who has allegedly bought the national media and got only a 10-second clip circulated on television in order to influence the investigation.

Manuwadis are experts in victim blaming. This has been their practice against Dalits for years.

On June 24, 2025 ECI announced SIR will be done across the country, starting with Bihar. On July 28, 2025 I filed an RTI application seeking a copy of all the files vide which the decision to initiate SIR across the country was approved by the ECI. The matter went up to the First Appellate Authority- the Principal Secretary of ECI who in his order stated- “appellant is informed that the Commission has so far not taken any decision on initiating a Special Intensive Revision (SIR) across the country in 2025.”
So the question really is - who took the decision to undertake the SIR?
