@rob_caporetto I really like Godot. The only reason I haven't gone further with it is I wanted to do some specific editor stuff that it wasn't able to, and I could in Unity.
It's still maturing, at least compared to UE, but for 2D games it's pretty solid.
Definitely UE for the flight sim though
