@BBCBreakfast can you sort out your volume between National News and local news. Local, Nicola Beckford comes in every 30 mins and the volume has be doubled to hear her. Back comes National News and I’m deafened. It’s a small ask.

Cancelled order, tell me to reorder then cancel again. That’s 2 x my money taken and 5 days to wait for them to return the money. Nothing like fraud to boost your bank account

@TorstenBell Can I please implore you to sort out the abysmal service Civil Servants are receiving from Capita? We can't log on to the portal, and when we finally do they have deleted, most worryingly beneficiaries. If I were to die in service, my children will not benefit now.
