@SkyHelpTeam new #skyglass issue the past couple of days. When changing channels the TV is taking longer to pick up the channel. Getting the wait while channel is loading message every time followed the technical fault message before the picture comes on.
My broadband is 59mbps.

@SkyHelpTeam Nothing has changed, no obstructions, channel change seems to get slower connecting the longer the tv is on.

@SkyNews Hopefully these cyclists will follow the rules of the road too; using the correct side of the road, actually going clockwise around roundabouts, having lights, not riding 3 abreast causing unnecessary tailbacks.
