They are both pensioners and frankly need the money.

2/2 There were 4 passengers booked on that ticket in Sep23
2 passengers cancelled their flight in Feb 24
They did not get refunds for there ticket as it was non refundable as expected. They had no travel insurance either.
2 passengers went on to complete the flight in Jul24
