@Deus_Vult1096 @1ofWesternkind @TRobinsonNewEra However, Welsh is also a nationality, so he can be Welsh with Rwandan heritage, aswell as British with Rwandan heritage, so technically speaking he is Welsh by nationality but not Welsh by ethnicity.

@Deus_Vult1096 @1ofWesternkind @TRobinsonNewEra After doing some research on the topic I concede see your point and concede some ground to you on this matter, Welsh is indeed a ethnicity within the Celtic group, which is a very large group of ethnicities stretching from western Turkey all the way to Ireland, Scotland & Wales

Welsh is not an ethnicity either, most Welsh people are Celtic, Welsh is also a nationality, so he is both British and Welsh. Why am I explaining the geography of these isles to you, surely we all learned this in school

I'm British by nationality but my ethnicity is from South Asia, by your logic the people of Gibraltar or the Falklands aren't British even though they are ethically South American or Mediterranean

@Shawny_Elstar Even the Muslims label doesn't make sense, like which Muslim? I've got more in common with my neighbour John than I have with a Muslim that's just arrived in the UK from Nigeria or Syria. Muslim is so wide of a label that it simply doesn't make sense to say 'Muslim'.
