I have a suggestion for Delhi NCR folks - please start doing just these two things :

- car pooling
- lane driving

And more than half of the traffic will less for everyone. 1h 15m commute can easily become 35-45m for every one of us.

@arpit_bhayani Honestly easier said ; it is very hard to find good people, let alone group of good people together.

8 years in & I believe max to max 10 people I know ( some in GGN, BLR, SF now ) that I wish to work together with. Explored a lot but didn’t find the quality I was looking for.

@hellonehha Kind of, have figured out most of the expenses now, I keep expenses money + 30-40% ( lifafa for weddings, festivals, trips that we plan - can cost 5K to 50K ), sometimes unexpected expenses occur, then I pour in some additional money.
