@MoarSahitoPTI Is it hypervolemic or hypovolemic?? That's the most important question! Giving Nacl to symptomatic hypervolemic hyponatremia will 100% kill the patient.
If hypervolemic with edemas= water restriction!
If hypovolemic= 3% Nacl
@shin_gee22@kh505043 If he has signs of decompensated heart failure , then of course not. Only option would then be epinephrine. Since he didn't add any details I assumed it's a patient with normal heart function.
@Dr_Mohammedolog 2/ my problem was with the choice of words "life threatening if taken together" implying they're contraindicated which they are not. In fact it is used together all the time for hospitalized patients with hypokalemia
@Dr_Mohammedolog "Life threatening " is a bit of a stretch. Obviously you shouldn't give it to somebody who has normal potassium. As with patients with hypokalemia there is absolutely nothing wrong with that combo. It's frequently prescribed.
@GorteBrandon@TerribleMaps 2- Majority of ancient Jews left voluntarily for economic reasons, Palestinians though stayed loyal to their country despite all the hardships, crusaders/mongol invasion. Genetically Palestinians share 90% similarity with bronze age levantine people, Ashkenazi Jews only 50%.
@ntvde Eine Pufferzone in der eine Kriegspartei die Kontrolle hat. Gibt's auch nur bei den Zios 😂
Vielleicht sollte denen einer mal erklären was "Pufferzone" bedeutet
