Its been 2 days we have raised this issue but havent got any update from ICICI Bank officials. Its really frustrating that a Bank this big is still playing with lives of innocent people. @ICICIBank @ICICIBank_Care @RBI @RBIsays

Recently our bank account has been frozen stating KYC has not been completed in ICICI Bank, Bandra branch. For last 2 years, we have submitted KYC documents 7 times & each time bank employee says document is lost. (1/2)

We are NGO based in Mumbai helping acid attack victims from pan India. We have been carrying out our activity for last 6 years. We have lined up surgeries for victims, medical kits, groceries, etc have all stopped. (2/2)
