Your Excellency @PaulKagame , thank you for sharing this experience. It highlights a real challenge in our stadiums, arenas, eco parks, restaurants, and hotels. Customers spend too much time waiting, and staff are often distracted instead of focusing on serving guests efficiently.
We have already built Bookello Pulse, a Made-in-Rwanda digital platform that solves these challenges. Customers simply scan a QR code, order, and pay digitally from where they are. This reduces queues, improves customer experience, and helps businesses increase sales while giving staff more time to provide excellent service.
As a young Rwandan innovator, my biggest challenge is not building the technology—it is getting locally built solutions adopted. Too often, organizations trust foreign systems before giving Rwandan innovations a chance. I believe supporting and piloting local technology is essential if Rwanda wants to become a creator of world-class technology, not only a consumer.
I know Rwanda Prez Kagame is highly controversial but in his Jeune Afrique interview he makes a valid point: if the world asks him to disband groups protecting Rwanda (M23) it should also demand DRC to disband groups attacking Rwanda (FDLR). Only way!
