Handy chart for anyone who thinks that males taking estrogen can in any way mimic the menstrual cycle. Notice the complex and specific levels of hormone fluctuations and how they correspond to the biological process of ovulation and menstruation.
@Hypatia1885@WomensNN After experiencing pelvic instability during pregnancy, I would never do anything to mess with my pelvic bones or pelvic floor. It’s horrible having pain literally when I roll over in bed. I can’t imagine voluntarily mutilating my healthy body.
@ProLifeIVF@Elliesmommyy23 Couples who choose surrogacy need to recognize that they are using someone else’s body and are not going to have complete control over the situation. My husband can’t even tell me what to do regarding the birth of our child.
@ProLifeIVF@Elliesmommyy23 If she was cleared by a midwife to deliver at home, she should be allowed to do that. She’s the one who is risking her life, uterus, pelvic floor health, etc. It’s quite literally her body, her choice. That’s the problem with making pregnancy a contracted obligation.
@sunfwrpwr Whenever our kids had a bad rash, my doctor always recommended rinsing the baby’s butt with just water or water and a washcloth until the inflammation healed. Long term, it is possible that he’s more sensitive to the brand you’re using.
@Elliesmommyy23 My husband takes pride in being able to provide for our family so I can be a SAHM and has no resentment about it. At the same time, private school, the mortgage, groceries, etc. add up and he wouldn’t mind if I worked part-time once I have the ability to.
@afoidinlove Plus they’re super easy to get secondhand since they’ve been around for so long. Not quite as trendy and cute, but I’m on my third baby, so my budget for carriers is nil at this point.
@afoidinlove I’ve never tried any of the other Wildbird carriers, only the buckle wrap for this new baby. Ergo is a tried and true brand though - my mom still has one that lasted through several kids. You can’t go wrong with them and the infant carrier lasts up until like 35 lbs I think.
@homemakinghunny It’s been so hot that I feel like I’ve just adjusted to it at this point. Thankfully our yard has lots of shade, so the kids don’t notice it as much as I do.
@afoidinlove My husband and I both have our own Ergo carriers because it’s annoying to adjust back and forth. I also have a Solly Baby wrap (which I am purging), the Wildbird buckle wrap, and a ring sling. They all have different use cases, I swear😂
@Stewbiedo0@user84829272 lol do you people have no concept of family? My mother literally birthed me; there’s nothing weird about her being present for one of the most vulnerable moments of my life as long as it’s mutually desired.
@karlmarxisright@prettylieb@KatieMiller Men don’t have a right to breastfeed. Our local LLL chapter doesn’t even allow husbands in - it’s a female-only space.
@audreystayshome 😬I love mine. It has red stripes and blueberries on it. I had the Costco knockoff for a while but the strap kept breaking so I bought the real Bogg bag and I don’t regret it.
@ouranometrian2 We have a Honda Pilot for now and just got the 3 car seats set up side-by-side…gonna be so fun. My 5yo is mostly independent getting in and out but my 3yo needs help, plus the newborn. Thankfully I’ll only have 2 kids to manage for most of the day because of kindergarten.
