In a normal world, a chief selector's job is to scout talent by going to watch games in person from 1 domestic game to another.

Ranji is going on right now but he is with international team to get some limelight, he was there in USA, DUBAI, AUS, ENG with international team. Using BCCI's money for personal holidays & limelight which he never got as a cricketer.

There is no use of selectors with international team, he is not part of management. He is not coach, not psychologist or anything. He should be attending Ranji Games, from 1 state to another & grind there whole day, identify talent. This guy 1st ignores domestic games & then ignores their stats & selection & select the one who does well in IPL.

I hope we get rid of this guy from Indian Cricket for good.

@vaishbhaskaran BCCI should try and sell the rights for women’s cricket separately to show the true value commercial value of men’s and women’s cricket. Also, Indian men cricketers are not allowed to play in global leagues but women are. Isn’t that sexism? Only crying based on convenience?
