Keep warm troops. It's set to stay cold for a bit, especially at night! Here's some tips for shift workers to help. Eat warm dinners like soup & keep fuled up. Use layers! If you get too hot, you can take some off (base layers/thermals) & lastly, Keep moving when possible.
