@OctopusEnergy Thanks for the reply and check. Much appreciated. It is 3rd party. I guess I was thinking it had gone over the 6 hours so therefore peak usage even if outside of normal hours. Issue being it was slower during off peak 6 hours than it should have been? Thanks

@OctopusEnergy I fixed last week on IOG 6month. Now the 12 month fix is back wondering if possible to swap to that? The 6month had exit fees, but the 12 month is actually technically more expensive. But it has the certainty, and kind of offset by the April reduction. Thanks

@OctopusEnergy Yes 1 email per week response with no recognition of the info I have already sent. Hence my comment that mini support is not up to your usual @OctopusEnergy support.Just my honest feedback, as I know you want to get better & want the best mini consumer experience. It’s not ready!
Hey @OctopusEnergy I’m not getting anywhere with this #mini for over a month. You have been ace with other support previously, but feel your mini support is lacking here. App crashes on setup now. No issues with any other SmartHome devices but yours.

Hey @LancashireCC . Can I ask why some roadworks are not shown on your roadworks bulletin? At the crossroads near Tarleton. A565 (Southport New Rd) / A59. Church Road. Google Maps knows its a 'construction zone' somehow. Can you update please? Thanks

@nicksiobhan @OctopusEnergy Well my light was white when first plugged in, but is now green. DM said this is good, but the help page says white means all connected. Guess just give it a few days.
