@_greenandpurple @networkrail It's to do with the range of temperature we see in this country. In hotter countries they can stress the rails to suit the higher temperatures but in the UK that would cause problems when the temperature drops.

@greateranglia how do I do a delay repay claim on a flexible season ticket? The smart card has barcode but no ticket number, if I select no barcode, a flexible season ticket isn't an option. Basically "computer says no"! Can you advise?
