I also don't know, how much of this is a fixed part of personality and how much does it change. Is it influenced by what you listened to as a kid?
My parent's car albums were The Rite of Spring, The Basement Tapes by the Band, and a mix CD of Thelonious Monk.
It was interesting to see the clip of Coltrane's My Favorite Things with mixed comments. Some saying how groundbreaking it was, others in disbelief anyone sincerely enjoys it.
I remember when I first found that video on YouTube. I listened to it 3 times, entranced.
If I'm not careful I could find myself assuming these people are affecting a lack of enjoyment. Perhaps motivated by racism.
But it seems more likely people just don't have an ear for that kind of music, or do but haven't encounted it in a personal way yet.
@EyeOnStalk@Metal_Crow@buttonslives Surely that can't be true. Do you know any couples who had kids in their late twenties, early thirties? Presumably some of them involved a man.

@sentientist@CathyYoung63 Rowling is a genius to have written something so influential, yet so silly-sounding, that cultural critics discuss real-life topics of racism by debating who is and who isnt a "muggle"
@Eli_B_Again @GambelerQuail The issue with therapies like this (punching a punching bag, screaming into a pillow, etc) is you are more likely to rile up negative emotions than release them. Some kind of activity without the fighting symbolism is better (juggling? Dancing?)
I think mindful breathing is
