@united your Polaris lounge access system is really broken. I am flying from SFO to Zurich via LAX and turns out I can only access the lounge in LAX and not in SFO even though I have a first class ticket from sfo to lax and business from lax onwards. This sucks!

Multiple times it has happened that I have booked a ticket traveling with my mother who is a senior citizen and 100% of the times I have gotten a lower berth while she has gotten an upper berth. I don’t think “lower berth unavailability” is the reason.
Sad state of affairs aboard Ektanagar-Varanasi Mahamana Express (20904). Really poor attitude of the attendant in the 1st AC coach. When asked for reasonable help and assistance or pressing the call bell he flat out refused to help rudely.@RailMinIndia@AshwiniVaishnaw
@AskCapitalOne I have been a long time Capital One customer however the recent handling of my wife’s account queries has gotten us really frustrated! I would rather use a bank that is more customer friendly and move all my accounts there instead of facing such tedious processes!
We have been contacting customers care for the past 3 days continuously still we haven’t been able to get our issues resolved! This is really frustrating and not customer centric at all!
@r2_g1 I think reification in context of REST APIs might be a good resource for you to read up on. Think of it this way — BATCH uses the POST verb which is supposed to create a resource in this case it creates a batch resource (not verb).
