@NotionHQ -- Is there a way to tie the start date of a task in the Gantt view to the end date of another task? Alternatively, is there a way to move a bunch of items together on the Gantt timeline?
@buffer posted an update on how their 4-day work week experiment is going. Their approach balances WISE (Wellbeing, Impact, and Sustainability for Everyone) beautifully. I know a lot of teams who are struggling with exhaustion and could use these insights. https://t.co/hJ7ioKqWMo
@NotionHQ -- would love to be able to full-width only certain blocks on a page. Text blocks are easier to read in the center column, but table blocks need the full width. Integrating different content is a big strength for Notion and I think this would really add to that.
@KatrinaKibben Hugs, this is so tough. Here's my 13 year old who still looks like a baby to me. Getting slower with laryngeal paralysis, but that smile :)
@ZiplyFiber - how hard can you make upgrading services? Four schedules, four pre-service internet shutdowns, and 0 successful installs. Do freaking better.
@LeslieFeinzaig We were taught IF back in highschool in India, without the lifestory of Kipling himself, and with the caveat that 'man' should be reinterpreted for our consumption to mean human. I really loved that poem growing up. There's a saying I heard growing up: lilies grow in mud ponds.

@NotionHQ - I need urgent help. We used a Notion page to collect pre-work for an upcoming retreat. The comments people entered aren't showing. They are quite literally disappearing into a back hole! Folks thought that was by design and kept entering their input!
"People in organizations of all types are better off when their leaders are smart, honest, and caring when taking bold, potentially unpopular actions β when their focus is ...not on creating a false sense of invincibility that actually harms people." https://t.co/xiDQ1lv4bs
Today our new research with @IBM shows that less than 40% of companies have the skills they need to respond to the Pandemic. Read about the HR 3.0 model we discovered. https://t.co/HzU8QxedYK
New research may change your view of conflict:
"[G]roups with individual or dyad conflicts have higher performance than groups with no conflict."
Why?
"[Conflict] can be stressful, but it has the benefit of providing a deeper consideration of how to best conduct the work."
@LeslieFeinzaig I have been thinking that every platform should start including message/email scheduling by default. So people, especially parents and caregivers, can work on flexible schedules and know that messages will not intrude on the recipient's disconnect time.
