@heavensbvnny If he wants to do it it’s not discipline. If you want to do something and then you do it it’s not discipline, if he said he hated the gym and meal prep but does it anyway that’s discipline. He’s just bragging that his hobbies are considered healthy.

You say this but then you see people all over social media posting themselves holding hundreds of dollars as a flex. If any of them won big I’m pretty sure they would be making posts non stop.. so then ask does this guy seem like the type to want attention from something not earnt?
@AskPerplexity Will take all into consideration. Except I eat way more protein than that. Eating anywhere from 3500-4500 calories daily at the moment I weigh about 68kg so that’s only about 600 calories based on 2.2g per kg
Chest day.
My upper chest is legit just bone. Really need to figure out how to grow it.
Overall feeling good with workouts so far.
If someone does have any advice on growing the upper chest please hit me up.

@Prettyboykayy@dylanali_ I eat non stop. If I eat less than around 3000 calories I will lose weight quite dramatically too. Currently eating around 4500 calories. Honestly not sure why but I burn them so fast and have never really been able to store any fat.
