@AmazonHelp That is in fact the issue. There has been no communication about status. There has only been unkept promises.

@AmazonHelp I have been promised several times that this would be resolved. Not that when the item was ordered no mention was made that the product was out of stock. And I never received any communication that the item is out of stock.

@AmazonHelp This is an Amazon order, not from 3rd party. Cannot you look up the order and see all the information? Also, on around Sept 25 I was promised a 10% refund because of the issue. That has not materialized.
