Instead of watching an hour of Netflix, watch this 2 hour hour Stanford lecture will teach you more about how LLMs like ChatGPT and Claude are built than most people working at top AI companies learn in their entire careers.
@moneyacademyKE Clearly,
it's the investment of its huge deposits in treasury bonds that definitely made up to this.
as the look book did grow too much.
Big Question: Who's influencing these big deposits to Sidian Bank?

MAN IN A SEPTIC TANK
Sadly, a few years ago most Men made so much fun out of the incident where a Dutch man being found in a septic tank; rotting, and branding all Kikuyu women murderers, but it's time to wake up and smell the coffee.
The era of Toxic Relationships is here with us!
Most of the toxicity is directed towards the boy child and toxic relationships are killing Men.
Whether you are a tycoon or not, you don't have to be found in a septic tank to have died from a toxic relationship. Or be divorced at 85 like our big brother NGUGI Wa THIONG’O.
The difference is that others kill you fast and throw your body in a septic tank, and others kill you slowly over time.
Or let's say, others even give you the power to take your own life.
Toxic relationships are dangerous to your health; they will literally kill you. Stress shortens your lifespan. Stress impairs how your brain should work and see things.
One morning your wife will call out your broke self and tell you on your face that you are not man enough like other men out there who are making enough money for their families.
And in the evening while coming home from your kibarua, you will remember that statement. Then stress will hug you and hold your hand and lead you to crossing a busy road thinking you are walking on an open field, and you will end up getting knocked down by a matatu. And you will die yet people will say it was an accident. It wasn't. A toxic relationship killed you!
But that statistic will be captured in the number of people that die from road accidents and not Men in toxic relationships.
Stress also births chronic stress that may grow into the worst form of depression. And what will years of chronic stress give you in return?
Thoughts of suicide and finally suicide, heart disease, liver failure, stroke etc. which mostly afflict Men. Then finally death. But since your body was not found in a septic tank, they will eulogise you as having been a fighting Man.
And, toxic relationships may transform you into a murderer. You may end up killing your spouse out of uncontrollable anger. And when you wake up with the realization that you did wrong, it will be too late. Your ass will be rotting behind bars.
Much can be said about toxic relationships. But at the end of it all, this is what we can tell ourselves. That, for our own precious and beautiful life, and for those around us, we should seek help or get out of toxic relationships before it is too late.
Let’s offer a leaning shoulder to our fellow Men strangled in toxic relationships that they can find a good solution for their current situation.

WHAT IS MATURITY?
I used to think that maturity was about age and physical development, how wrong I was. I have since found out that age is only but a number, below are 20 definitions of MATURITY

2.... Maturity is when you understand that your ideas are not always the best.
3.... Maturity is when you learn to let go even if it pains.
4... Maturity is when you are able to drop expectations from a relationship and give for giving sake.
5.... Maturity is when you understand whatever positive thing you do, you do is for your own peace.
6... Maturity is when you stop proving to the world how intelligent you are.
7.... Maturity is when you stop comparing yourself with others because life is not a competition.
8.... Maturity is when you understand that you cant and shouldn't always get what you want every time.
9.... Maturity is when you are content and satisfied with your life and yet aspiring to be better everyday..
10.... Maturity is when someone hurt you and you understand their attitude and stay clear than trying to hurt them back.
11.... Maturity is when you start thinking of other people and not just yourself.
12.... Maturity is when you know you cant please everyone.
13.... Maturity is when you see things in different perspective far beyond the way they are.
14.... Maturity is when you love more and judge less.
15.... Maturity is responsibility

17.... Maturity is the application of wisdom and knowledge in humility..
18... Maturity is when you accept that your accomplishment, failures, destiny, reputations and almost everything about your life depends on God's will and the choices you make and not pointing fingers on others.
19... Maturity is when someone hates you and you still pray for them to succeed.
20.... Maturity is knowing God, serving Him with all that you've got and pursuing His Kingdom no matter what people think or say.
Suffering is inevitable. In and of itself is meaningless; we give it meaning by the way in which we respond to it.

THE IMPACT OF A HEADLINE ON PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION: A Narrative of Singular Life-Altering Experience.
This was a front-page story in the Nation newspaper exactly 33 years, 2 months, and 18 days ago. The image of me being chased out of Moi Avenue Primary School tells the story of who I am today.
This Newspaper article had a profound and lasting impact on my life.
Amongst the founder members of the Maendeleo ya Wanawake movement, happened to be my mother, whose offices were less than 1km from the school, and she couldn't comprehend how, if she had driven me to school every morning and dropped me off by 7am, how I'd end up being one of those late comers locked out.
When mother saw this headline article of the newspaper and found out I'd spent the better part of my schooling days at POPIN kids arcade along Moi Avenue, playing on kids slot machines, she hauled me off to Oloitoktok, ngama Primary school, about 300 kilometers outside Nairobi, where I spent years ‘eating’ hard-life firsthand.
I know firsthand what hard work can do to transform your life to get to where I am today. No Human is Limited!
Today, I learned about the fantastic crew at @NationAfrica Nation Media Group Archives Library, who were gracious enough to get me this story that dramatically transformed my life.
