@omondirana@sholard_mancity You don't need to use Safaricom data. When aithenticating, we need you to have the primary data line being the Safaricom line to authenticate you. After, that you can use any data connection to use the app

You need to have your Safaricom line as the primary data line during the sign in process to authenticate you and you can then use any data connection after that

Is it working well now? For first time use, your Safaricom line needs to be the default dat line. Once logged in, you should be able to use the app via any data connection
