Every country that has controlled Covid spread early did so with aggressive contact tracing and strict isolation. Aarogya Setu was supposed to be the enabler for that. Did we stop investing in it last year? How did our biggest enabler in India just become completely useless?

@amodm @ajaypramod It is just a special case of actor-observer bias, with the act being taking decisions. We look for data to rationalize decisions after we have made up our mind. As an actor you need less data ( hence gut instinct), but as an observer you are actively seeking data

@karthiks I think part of the problem is that we haven’t figured out how to build individual performer career tracks for folks in the Analytics Profession. It is definitely a waste. Too few and too far between.
