After 40 minutes, the retention team finally picked up and disconnected my service. Thank goodness! I'll never use Airtel again. Peace of mind is more important. Airtel, please improve your service instead of just spending on advertisements. @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India

Bought Airtel Black service in April'24 and I have not received internet not even for 10 days. Airtel has one of the worst customer care in the world. Their customer care act as parrots with no power at all. Such a pathetic service. #airtel_xstream_fiber @airtelindia @DoT_India

Again @EurekaForbes, raised a complaint 2 days before and no one has attended. The complaint no is WO-201123-40565716. If I call your call centre, they said they have escalated but no action. What is the need of AMC when you are unable to send people on time.
