@airtelindia called customer care 4 times to terminate wifi and paid the due amount. Needful not done by Airtel, still billed for another month. Forcing to port out more than 10 years old customer. Extremely disappointing.
@AmazonHelp It was informed to wait for 3 business days to get an update. Please let me know if this is acceptable and professional. Already following up with Amazon India for delivery of order for the last 3 days. Now 3 more business days, that too for mere an update on the issue ?
@AmazonHelp@amazonIN@AmitAgarwal Delivery guy wasn't aware about exchange attached to the order, so he didn't deliver and said that it will be delivered later on by the concerned person. He told that phone in exchange cannot be accepted without its box, which was never informed

@amazonIN@AmitAgarwal Delivery was scheduled on 18.09, false update by delivery guy, customer care doesn't provide correct info and solution. All misleading info from Amazon India and no efforts to contact customer in case of ambiguity in delivery. 3 days followup for no use.

@IRCTCofficial@seemakumar bad exp. at Tejas Exp 20501 today, attendant at B6 having worst attitude. Boarded at 2pm and water bottle was served at 8pm. Upon asking for a water bottle, he replied "mujhe seat number likh kar do, phir dekhoonga" Is it the procedure of getting water?
@mysleepwell@sumitsehgal07 purchased a pair of Admire Mattresses in July 21 with 5 years warranty. The mattresses are now worn and torn (pics atchd). Co. refused to replace/repair stating warranty covers only sagging issue. Is it level of after sale services from a reputed co?
