WTF timeline are we on. Someone called me the MAGA whisperer and I’ll gladly take the title. Left, right, D or R we all want the same things. We’re being divided on purpose by the Epstein Elite Oligarch class because as long as we’re at each other’s throats, they get fat and rich off of our misery. The second we figure out we agree on more than we disagree, they’re done. Love your neighbor. Be yourself. Radical honesty. No fucks given, no fucks taken. Everything else is just noise. (But still fuck Jake “Brick Tamland” Tapper on any time line)
@MikeMarshallCEO@cremieuxrecueil To be fair I don’t really like to watch straight PDA either but yeah I guess SORRY I wasn’t exposed to dudes kissing dudes in my developmental years, sue me.
@Ianmoss1992@cremieuxrecueil Indifference and acceptance is far different than active resistance.
Sever ties with the Ts and beyond and it’ll be a far more successful movement.
@LeighWolf Large portion of reb soldiers did not fight for the same reasons their leaders did. They were farmers, tradesman, dads, sons just like the Northerners.
Same goes for most armies.
War is a tragedy and this was an American one.
P.S. you are retarded
Lack of effort to me btw means I’m still lifting 4-5 days / week with 2 runs in there somewhere.
Possible benefits to normal people instead of obese ones in the trials could be just as profound
The lack of effort it takes to get lean on Reta is unbelievable. I’ve done it the natural way. I built my life around leaning out whereas now I’m just doing what I was going before with slightly less food and slightly less booze.
Do the results feel less good? Not at all.
@Charles_Wibe89 She must demonstrate her commitment to you via procuring you a threesome with one of her friends or else she is #back in the streets. I don’t make the rules
@BoringBiz_ This is the yet to be written sequel to Barbarians at the Gate that needs to be written for those of us not fortunate enough to be born for the glory days
6 weeks into the Retacycle. I’m at 201.5, down about 12 lbs total. Just below 2lbs per week, which is the most aggressive recommended weight loss pace when cutting.
I’ve hit a steady state where I’m used to how I feel on the med. I’m just cruising man. The weight comes off and it’s so easy. I’m cutting calories as much as I would off of the med, except cutting calories isn’t painful. It’s glorious. My only worry with food is ensuring I’m getting enough protein and carbs to fuel and maintain physique.
RHR stable in the low to mid 60s, recoveries have been good. Granted I’ve cut back hard on alcohol the past couple of weekends, which helps with that and progress (as it would natty).
My brother told me I lost my natty card. I don’t care. This stuff works and it’s awesome.
