Does anyone know if it's possible to speak to someone at @ThreeUKSupport who doesn't read off a script and actually has a small dose of common sense? Asking for my sanity and the router that's about to be launched out the window.

@ThreeUKSupport My partner and I have only been playing the one game online together and it seems to be when we are both on that the issue occurs. The troubleshooting for the game says to make sure ports are open on my router which I can’t do as the the port forwarding option is not available.

@ThreeUKSupport I’m having issues with a game. Their support says to check to make sure certain ports are open but port forwarding is not an option when I log in to the router on the browser.
