Booked @AmericanAir flight in 2020 and had to cancel due to lockdown. Rebooked flight for end of 2021 using eCredit, but the flight was cancelled. @Expedia agent told me refund was sent, but it’s almost 2 months and still waiting for refund. @ExpediaHelp Can you please help??
