@British_Airways It's not really additional baggage though is it?...It's baggage you should have delivered 5 days ago. So if anything it should be priority baggage 🤔. A telling sign of @British_Airways general attitude toward the situation.

I've filed to move my gold status to other carriers, they won't be getting any more of my business. #WorkingHardOrHardlyWorking

And don't land the blame at Heathrow, how you deal with the fallout matters...You've lost a customer over this experience.
