I would recommend starting with a built-in solution while thoroughly studying all the factors affecting the email delivery. that way you will make the best of these tools and only jump to self host when prepared.

@jackfriks it'd probably take more than 50-100 hours unless you are already an expert on email delivery. that's why it makes sense to first focus on what matters the most.
in my case, my core business is sending cold emails, ensuring max delivery, so that's what matters the most for me

I checked the url and it was starting with http://, I changed it to https:// and got it loaded.
All the visitors may not bother/know this much.

one potential use is where everyone tries to copy some influencers that will result in most of the internet sounding the same
