@benmaritz I totally agree w/ the absurdity of the timeline for new housing/MUP projects, but to be honest when I hear about long delays for TIs they're usually due to unique circumstances like this or because the owners didn't hire someone qualified to help them get through the process.

@HutchinsMatt Agreed. We have multiple housing projects that have completely stalled due to sdot or spu fees. And we're not talking a couple of units. We're talking hundreds.

@holz_bau Very cool. I would like to add elevators to the list of items IBC makes more difficult... Stretcher sized elevators don't allow us these nice Euro style ones.
