@LeadersGC I got in on a process open to the public advertised in the newspaper! (Yes- i am that old!) After that, mostly on Publiservice, but also from colleagues.

@LeadersGC I was 27, back from mat leave, bumped into my DG in the hallway... he looked at me very seriously and asked: what are you doing here? Me: i work here! DG: shouldn’t you be home with your kid? 😬
My 15 year #GC service recognition arrived in the mail in December. I have presented lots of long service awards, but this is the first I received. It caused me to reflect as yesterday was 20 yrs (excluding student&casual jobs) since I started in the GC. Sharing 20 lessons in a🧵
Love this! I definitely want to be this kind of rebel. I want to have rebels work for me. I wish for supervisors who support rebels. "Rebel" does not equal "trouble-maker". They are motivated to make their orgs better!
