@heydigit Sorry but that was too littlw too late ..whats the point of sending the documents after the travel has started as i had requested ..i need a full refund because you did not deliver the service by the time as needed ... had to make other arrangements to get through immigration

@AmazonHelp When will i get the refund ... its been 5 days now for an order tbat ypur deliverg agent cancelled unilaterally.

First delivery is not done, then order cancelled unilaterally ...i am forced to place another order and now ypu wont even give the refund for the order you cancelled
