People often make the mistake of wanting to do EVERYTHING at once. Powerlifting on Mon/Wed/Fri, half-marathons over lunch breaks, weightlifting Tue/Thu/Sat, mobility work in the evenings, and CrossFit on the weekends — all while losing fat and building muscle simultaneously.
For me, this is most often lifting heavy objects. Sometimes, though, I go for a run. And other times, I simply stretch for twenty minutes. There's always SOMETHING that can push you and, if you're smart about it, you can do it EVERY DAY.
