@RAC_Care Also, when the recovery people you sub contract came out, they said they'd only got the job just 30 mins before they came- why? If they made contact soon after I logged the breakdown, I'd be home now. Instead, it was after hours so no where was open! Absolutely shambolic service.

@RAC_Care Appalling. 5 hours plus and still I'm nowhere near home. It's shocking. Have had to check into a hotel as it was too late and dark to be making a 4 hour journey with young kids. DO NOT EVER USE @TheRAC_UK @RAC_Care they'll leave you stranded.
