Situation: The sudden and retroactive capping of pending lodged SC 476 visa applications raises serious concerns about the fairness & justiceness of the immigration process of AUSTRALIA….countries like Australia depends on immigration to grow & develop their economy. Each year many hundred thousand migrate to Australia to fulfil their dreams & the needs of Australian Economy. Such sudden decisions that affect on lodged applications pending for years should be reconsidered if Australia wants to remain Immigration friendly country. Such inconsistency makes a huge effect on thousand of human lives.
