Is it too much to ask for a city to have some planners who use physics to calculate water volume and drainage capacity?

Today's brief rain in Sholinganallur has enough water stagnation to call for boats. We hope some brilliant planner will not suggest increasing the height of road and moving the problem to elsewhere.

Chennai needs proper underground infrastructure more than above ground infra. Till that is solved we may never going to get out of this mess.

@CMOTamilnadu @mkstalin நாவலூர் ஏரியின் உபரி நீர் போக்கு கால்வாய் ஓஎம்ஆர் காந்தி நகர் வீட்டு மனை பட்டா இடங்களில் தேங்கி நிற்கிறது, பின்னர் இரட்டை குட்டை தாங்கல் வாழ்வெட்டி குளம் வழியாக நூக்கம்பாளையம் கால்வாயை அடைகிறது. ஆக்கிரமிப்பு அகற்றி உரிய நீர்வழி வாய்க்கால் அமைத்து கொடுக்க வேண்டுகிறோம். @cricketluvers @irdaindia Renewal guarantees are the backbone of health insurance. The Material Change Clause at renewal undermines this, forcing seniors into exits with no re-entry. @IRDAI must review — altering core terms erodes trust & shrinks the risk pool, pushing people to self-fund.

[Jairam Ramesh @Jairam_Ramesh]

Between 2:45pm and 6:45pm yesterday, when the nation was glued to watching the cricket match, various drumbeaters of the Modi Govt including senior Union ministers from Rajasthan and Telangana, the Deputy CM of Maharashtra, as well as the PM's most favoured businessman, tweeted that yesterday itself India's GDP had crossed the $4 trillion mark.

This was totally FAKE and BOGUS news meant to generate more euphoria and a pathetic attempt at both sycophancy and headline management.
