@MetroNorth But clearly not being enforced. Watched one of the conductors stand over a group of 4 with no masks waiting on digital tickets to be pulled up and then walked away without saying a word…and masks nowhere to be seen still.
@MetroNorth I am looking for clarification. With the new schedule and added trains, have mask guidelines been dropped? I am on the Fleetwood to GCT 8:40am train and there are so many NOT wearing masks. Happy to comply with no mask if acceptable (Insert sarcastic eye roll here.)
@MetroNorth Thank you for the reply. The conductor just walked by taking tickets and passed , at a minimum, six (6) people who have no masks. The conductor said absolutely nothing to any of these individuals except thank you when they showed tickets. All remain unmasked. Your turn….
@MetroNorth I have an idea…why don’t we start having separate cars for the masked and the unmasked? No MetroNorth oversight on this train…so many people with no mask on….the 4:16pm train to North White Plains…
@MetroNorth On the 4:16pm Harlem line N White plains train. MULTIPLE people sitting in cars with NO mask, not even one in sight. Is this the new protocol? Is this how we stop the spread?!!!
@eamondowney@MTA@MetroNorth Same thing on the 7:16pm Harlem train out of GCT. Conductor stood there next to the passenger who had his mask on his chin mouth and nose exposed and conductor said and did nothing. That is twice this week.
@MetroNorth the conductor walked right up to this passenger and punched his ticket and moved right along without a word about properly wearing a mask. Is this how you are proposing to stop the spread?!?! On the 6:16 pm northbound Harlem line North White Plains train.
