@LGUS@LGUSSupport Day 60 without a working LG refrigerator. Their service provider has been out six times without resolution. Working with their customer service is painful at best. What gives? How do I escalate this beyond their customer service agents?
@LGUSSupport LG is sending out a technician for the 4th time for my four year old refrigerator. Still not cooling after over a month. Customer service is awful. I just want a new fridge at this point.
@lanabeegirl@LGUS I’ve been going through the same thing with my 4 year old LG refrigerator. Their technician has been out four times. Over a month without a refrigerator and they’re coming back Monday. What gives? Customer service has been less than helpful.
