Extremely disappointed in @Airbnb for allowing a host to threaten their guest with charging or leaving a bad review based on the assumption of the cleaning crew. They also allowed the host who fully admitted to not cleaning the comforters for all the beds to keep hosting.
Just had a horrible call with @Brinks_Home security. They under no circumstances will let me out of my FIVE year agreement without paying the last 22 months. 3 years of on-time payments for a service I don’t use. VERY disappointed with this service.
