@SouthwestAir On SAV to BNA flight now. There was an unnecessary, unprofessional and unduly aggressive interaction by a Southwest flight attendant towards 3 ALP customers that are seating in the first 3 row of an older plane model that has smaller front luggage bins.

@SouthwestAir So the new boarding makes no sense. I bought the most expensive ticket “chose extra” and being an ALP, had to get behind a long line of ALPs to get on. Surly you are not asking for these customers to pay additional for “priority” 24 hours before. Zero sense!

@Tesla I ordered a set of mud flaps for my “Y” 3 to 4 months ago and never received it. UPS delivered it to the wrong address and have been looking for it since. Also I ordered the storage bins for the trunk and they sent me the ones for older model !!! Frustrating!!!
